TARUN BHARGAVA

Founder & Managing Partner

Young, dynamic leader with over 14 years of work experience in Strategy, Operations, HR & CRM. Tarun has led large operational teams with GENPACT & WNS Global Services managing complex portfolios in Healthcare, Insurance, Travel & Human Resources. His journey with Strategy and HR started with WNS back in 2007 and he played an invaluable role in setting up Global HR Shared Services, back @ WNS.

Tarun is amongst the youngest leaders in industry and has also helped institutionalise E-Commerce start up concepts like Bookadda.com.

Tarun was leading the Employee Relations portfolio at NetAmbit before he took over the leadership responsibility of driving the Talent Acquisition & Talent Management function with Thomas Cook, India, based out of their Gurgaon office.

Tarun holds a Masters Degree in HR from IMT, Ghaziabad and is also a certified ISO Auditor, PI Assessment tool trained professional and holds multiple other certifications in Operations, HR & Quality. He has been recognised with several accolades across his professional career.

Tarun also serves as a Principal Consultant with Inception Group, a firm practising the "Train & Hire" proof of concept & key Advisory member to one of India's Leading Academic Search firm.

Neeti Pandey

Co Founder & Director (Analytics, IT & Strategic Hiring)

Neeti Pandey, Director (Analytics, IT & Strategy Hiring @ TalentGen) holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. She possesses 13+ years of experience in the data science and analytics domain in BFSI and retail. She has worked with firms such as American Express, RBS, HSBC, Barclays and Dunnhumby in the field of risk and marketing analytics.

Being associated with global firms, she has extensive experience of working in an offshore environment. Many of her roles in past were focused on building offshore teams from scratch; growing them both in terms of scale and analytical capabilities, managing stakeholder expectations, understanding project requirements and ensuring effective delivery.

Given her extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, she is well-placed to identify the right talent and align it to career goals of both organizations and individuals.
